Need a hand finding your preview? ↗Explore your preview
Open the preview link in our email. Browse the pages on your phone or computer and see how the design presents your business. Your existing website stays as it is.
See what’s included
Read the improvements report and your personalised proposal alongside the preview. You’ll find the fixed price, included work, payment terms and hosting renewal cost, so you can consider the whole picture.
Choose what suits you
Ask a question, discuss a correction or let us know if you’d like to proceed. It’s also fine to decline. Nothing changes on your live website without your approval.

A few useful answers
Open any question below to learn more about how previews work.
How was my preview prepared?
We research businesses whose websites offer opportunities to make services easier to find, improve mobile browsing or simplify enquiries. We prepared a rebuild to show you what those improvements could look like.
Who can view the preview?
Previews are not password-protected. Anyone with the link can view the proposed website, including anyone you forward it to. The link is not a private or confidential access channel.
What viewing information is recorded?
When you open a personalised proposal, we record the proposal viewed, the date and time, and clicks on key actions such as opening the website preview or choosing to proceed. These Studio event records are linked to the proposal so we can understand interest and follow up appropriately. They do not contain your enquiry text or form submissions. Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical request logs, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Why might Lighthouse flag the preview’s SEO?
Preview sites are intended to stay out of search results. Where a preview is marked noindex, Lighthouse flags this in its SEO checks and lowers the SEO score. This is deliberate for a preview. At launch, we check that the approved production website allows indexing on the pages intended for search, while the preview remains excluded.
How was the wording prepared?
We use text from your existing website and OpenAI tools to help improve the wording for the proposed version. A person reviews the result, but you should still check that the preview accurately describes your business, services and other details and tell us about any corrections before approving the website.
Where do the logos and photographs come from?
A preview may reuse logos and photographs from your existing website and include replacement images generated using OpenAI. Generated images are illustrative and should not be taken as photographs of your actual team, premises, products or completed work. Please tell us if any image is inaccurate or should not be used. Any permissions or licences needed for reused material must be confirmed before launch.
Can I test forms and contact links?
Email and telephone links in a preview are active. Where a preview includes an enquiry, quote-request or other message form, the form is also intended to work and sends a formatted message to the business email address configured for that website. Preview test messages are identified as tests. We verify delivery during the initial build and check it again when the production domain or hosting changes.
What happens if I want to proceed?
Your proposal can offer two routes. You can ask us to show the new website on your current domain before paying, or you can pay immediately and then arrange the switch with us. A live-switch request does not change your website automatically: we first confirm your authority, domain access, timing, final checks and a rollback plan. Minimal pre-launch corrections are included; additional work is quoted separately.
What will I own, and how does hosting work?
After payment, you own the finished website under the agreed terms and can move it to another host. Your domain stays yours. Third-party assets and services retain their licences. Hosting covers the existing website; edits and development are separate.
Can I decline or ask you not to contact me?
You have not commissioned this work and do not owe anything for receiving or viewing the preview. You can simply decline. You can also ask us not to contact you again.
How long is the preview available, and can I request removal?
We normally keep a preview available for between 15 and 30 days after sharing it, with 30 days as the maximum intended period. You can ask for it to be removed sooner by replying to our email or contacting [email protected] with the preview link. We record the request and handle it through our cleanup process. Removal is not immediate, and the preview may remain accessible until that process is complete. Declining the offer does not automatically request removal, so please tell us if you would like both.
